Joey Whelan is an up and coming singer-songwriter whose music fuses jazz, rock, and EDM all while staying true to its pop sensibility. Originally from Connecticut and now based in New York, Joey started his musical life as a bass player. During his time at Berklee College of Music, he launched his career as an artist and as a songwriter. Joey, like all songwriters, takes inspiration from many of his influences, including artists such as Sting, Dua Lipa, Charlie Puth, and Steely Dan. He seamlessly combines all of these into catchy hooks backed by infectious dance grooves. With new singles being released regularly, Joey is a new artist to lookout for.
